Eldrin Drosk
Eldrin is played by Kyle. You can follow him on Twitch.
In the heart of Bricksunder, a city where stone towers scrape the skies and whispers of tradition echo through scorched streets, Eldrin Drosk was born into quiet distinction. The only child of a revered scholar and a master artificer, his early life was one of solitude and study—marked by long hours among books, lenses, and whispered truths.
From an early age, Eldrin understood he was different. The world around him judged difference harshly, and so his parents taught him to move through it carefully—shielded by silver-tinted goggles and hidden behind walls of academia and invention. Though isolated, his mind never rested. He grew fascinated with the divine, drawn not just to miracles, but to the balance between order and wonder.
As he matured, Eldrin sought more than safety—he sought purpose. Blending sacred knowledge with soldier’s discipline, he studied the workings of creation itself, guided by his belief in Tempestas, the Father of Creation. This path eventually led him beyond Bricksunder, toward a place where knowledge and power converge freely: Maleficum’s Arcanum of Magic & Might.
Now among scholars and spell wrights, Eldrin walks a path shaped by order, divinity and quiet resilience. Beneath his formality is a soul still learning what it means to be whole in a world that once called him broken.
Outfits
Eldrin’s attire blends academic refinement, purpose, and a touch of tactical practicality. His signature piece is a striking white long coat—high-collared and double-breasted, its design evokes something between a decorated officer’s jacket and the clean precision of a master chef’s uniform. Deep blue embroidery runs through the seams in elegant, almost arcane patterns—woven symbols of balance, craftsmanship, and quiet reverence.
The coat is adorned with polished brass buttons and reinforced by a system of leather belts cinched across the chest and waist, designed to secure scrolls, satchels, and small tools close at hand. Its formal silhouette gives him an almost ceremonial presence, standing tall against even the most chaotic environments.
At his neck and crown rests a pair of distinctive goggles, their silver-tinted lenses wide and opaque, hiding his eyes from wandering glances. They are fitted into a custom frame—an invention of his father—designed not only to shield, but to focus.
One arm bears a piece of armor that looks as though it were lifted from the armory of a knight—a plated pauldron and vambrace forged into a single reinforced structure, weathered but serviceable. Though it serves as an impromptu shield in times of danger, it’s also a symbol: a lone bastion of protection in a world that hasn’t always offered him one.
Eldrin’s silver hair is swept back, neatly kept, with a clean-shaven face that reflects the discipline of someone who has lived under both scrutiny and study. He moves like someone always measuring the room—not to dominate it, but to understand it.
Equipment
Eldrin travels lightly, but with purpose. His satchel—a sturdy leather bag reinforced with reinforced straps—carries the essentials of a disciplined initiate just beginning their journey. Inside, you’d find standard accoutrements for both fieldwork and devotion: a well-kept set of tools, parchment and ink for transcription, and an assortment of ritual items that speak to both order and reverence.
Tucked beneath layers of cloth and leather lies a modest collection of divinely marked tokens, tools that serve both as instruments of his faith and as quiet reminders of creation’s spark. An intricately bound journal filled with neat, diagrammatic notes rests at the core of his gear, each page etched with the careful curiosity of a scribe who sees both science and sanctity in every line.
Though his equipment may seem simple at first glance, its organization and subtle enchantments suggest a greater design. There’s something about Eldrin’s pack—about the way everything is placed just so—that speaks of a mind always preparing for more than just survival.
Though his journey is only just beginning, every stitch and strap hints at a deeper calling. He walks with the tools of a scholar, the training of a soldier, and the quiet strength of someone who believes the world is worth protecting—whether or not it has ever protected him.
