Five new images from Warner Bros. Montreal's upcoming Arkham prequel have been revealed. There are a few familiar faces and locations, including the Mad Hatter, Alfred, the Batcave and Bats himself.
It is said that The Batcave will serve a major role in Batman: Arkham Origins as it will be the place where the Dark Knight can switch suits in between missions. Additionally, it will also serve as an access point to Challenge Maps and combat training during the game.
The game takes place before the rise of Gotham City’s most dangerous criminals. It serves as a prequel to the previous games in the Arkham series. The game showcases a young and unrefined Batman as he faces a defining moment in his early career as a crime fighter that sets his path to becoming the Dark Knight. As the story unfolds, players will meet many important characters for the first time and forge key relationships that will pave the future for the Dark Knight, and Gotham.
