Grand Theft Auto Vice City will be released on PSN as part of the PS2 Classics collection on Wednesday, January 30, Rockstar Games has announced.
GTA: Vice City was first for the Playstation 2 console in North America on Oct. 29, 2002. The follow-up to GTA 3 was then ported to multiple platforms including the PC and Xbox. The PSN release of GTA: Vice City is an emulated copy of the Playstation 2 version with no added trophies or enhanced graphics. Rockstar released this comment:
"Ever since the releases of San Andreas for PSN and Vice City for iOS and Android, we've received more than a few requests from the community wondering when they'd be able to touch down at Escobar International and return to the neon-lit streets and sun-splashed shores of Ocean Beach on their PS3's. Today, we can confirm that it won't be long now"
GTA Vice City will be priced £7.99 ($10/€10).
