Not so long ago we reported the price hike that Apple would be applying to their apps, raising it from 79c to 89c per purchase, and it appears that this was not enough.
Apple has now given app developers a new pricing option in the UK and Europe. Apps are now going to be appearing at a 99p / 0.99 euro price point.
This presumably will effect all price brackets, and not just the 89c applications. €1.79c apps will probably go up to €1.99, and so on.
Does this put you off using the app store, or does this completely make sense to you? Sound off in the comments section below!
